  • The partners were Stephen Wood and Thomas Blood.

  • Previously in partnership with William Ratcliffe as Wood, Ratcliffe and Blood - William Ratcliffe left this partnership in July 1827. The business continued as Wood & Blood. 

  • Wood & Blood were also previously in partnership with Ratcliffe as Ratcliffe & Co., 'Makers of Blue' in the Shelton township.

  • In June 1829 a Commission of Bankrupt was awarded against Stephen Wood & Thomas Blood.
