Boulton & Floyd started their manufacture at the Cliff Bank works. In 1890 they moved to the Lovatt and Hall Works.

Subsequently 'R. Floyd & Co' and then 'R. Floyd & Sons'

NOTE: In the 1900 'Pottery Gazette Diary Directory" occupiers of the pottery at Lovatt & Hall Street are recorded as 'Boulton & Floyd'.
