  • Joseph Humphreys was in partnership with William Myatt Cumberlidge as Cumberlidge & Humphreys 

  • John Humphreys jnr joined the business and in October 1893 Cumberlidge left. The business continued as Humphreys Brothers. 

  • In 1896 the business was bankrupt
