China manufacturer at the Beaconsfield Pottery, Anchor Road, Longton, Stoke-on-Trent, England
  • The partners were John Beck, Thomas Wild, Augustine Beck and Henry Beck - trading as Beck, Wild & Co.

  • On the 13th January 1879 Thomas Wild and Augustine Beck left the business. John and Henry Beck continued and were joined by William Robert Blair - the new company traded as Beck, Blair & Co.

NOTE: 

Thomas Wild was the father of Thomas Clarke Wild, who, in 1873, at the age of 8, started working as a jigger-turner at the business. 

Later on, in 1896 Thomas Clarke Wild joined with his father to form the china manufacturing company Thomas C Wild & Co

 

Subsequently: Beck, Blair & Co
