Notice is  hereby given, the Partnership which has for some time past been carried on by John Plant, Enoch Plant and Jesse Plant, under the firm of PLANT BROS & CO., at Hanley, on the county of Stafford, in the trade or business of Earthenware Manufacturers, as dissolved by mutual consent on the 28th day of January, 1926, and that as and from that date the said business will be carried on in partnership under the firm of Plant Bros. & Co., by the said Enoch Plant, Samuel Martin of 41, Louise-street, Burslem, and Henry Plant, of 4, York-street, Burslem, all in the county of Stafford aforesaid, who have taken over and will be liable for all debts and liabilities existing at the date of dissolution, and for any debts, contracts or liabilities incurred, made or entered into by them respectively, or any other person whatsoever in connection with the said business from and after the said 28th day of January, 1926. - Dated this seventeenth day of February, 1926.
