Marks incorporating the word 'Limited', or the abbreviations 'Ltd', 'Ld', etc., denote a date after 1861, and most examples are much later.
The use of "HANLEY" (the town of manufacture) and not including "ENGLAND" (which was nearly always added 1891 onwards) indicates pre 1891.
