Description:  1851-55 BY CHARLES LYNAM, Stucco over brick with Welsh slate roof.

House. Circa 1840 by Charles Lynam.

Stucco over brick with Welsh slate roof. Italianate style. 2-storeyed, 3 bays, with paired advanced gables to right, with round arched sash windows grouped as paired mullioned lights, with a canted bay window in the wider right hand gable. Round arched doorway on inner face of left hand gable, and canted bay window with round arched mullioned lights in the left hand range.

Low tower to rear. Overhanging eaves, rear wall stacks.

Built as part of a private development of middle-class housing, originally comprising an estate of 24 dwellings.
