The Cricketers Arms, Longton
to.. a pet shop

Cricket Bat and Stumps form an attractive sign on the façade of the former Cricketers Arms public house, now a pet shop in part of the Longton Shopping Mall

An arched panel with a raised ribbon bearing the legend 'THE CRICKETERS ARMS' above a set of stumps, cricket bat, two gloves and a cricket ball. The background is heavily textured. Above the panel a keystone bears the initials 'H.E' and the date '1878'.
