Born 1867 London. Son of late G.C.P. Murray, M.D., etc. 
Educated at Lancing, Trinity College, Cambridge, and Cuddesdon.

Curate St. John's Longton, 1890-98; 
Founder and first Vicar of SS. Mary and Chad, Longton, 1898-1920; 
Diocesan Missioner, Lichfield, and Founder and Warden of Retreat House, Barlaston, 1920 to date 1934.

Chaplain to Wounded Soldiers, N. Staffs. Royal Infirmary; 
Proctor in Convocation, 1922 to date 1934; 
Co. Founder of Federation of Catholic Priests.
