Born 1886, Worsley, Lancs. Son of Walter Roscoe, J.P.
Educated at Worsley and Salford Royal Technical Institute.

Married 1914, Elizabeth Annie Schofield, daughter of John C. Schofield.

Served June, 1910, to January, 1931, Territorial Army; 
War Service in France and Salonika; 
Commanded 188 Heavy Battery R.G.A., 1917-18; 
Commanded 54th Medium Brigade, R.A., T.A., 1925-29; 
Member of the Staffs. T.A. Association.

Recreations-Golf, Motoring, Masonry and Rotary.
