Born 1859 at Gloucester Street, Hanley. Son of late John Williams.
Educated at National Schools and Evening Classes. 

Bachelor.

President of Potteries Free Church Federation, also of Liverpool and Manchester Union of Welsh Congregational Churches, 1924.
Member of Stoke-on-Trent Board of Guardians, 1903; 
First Nonconformist Chaplain at London Road Institution, 1910 to date 1934; 
Minister of Welsh Congregational Church, Mayer Street, Hanley, since 1900; 
Acting Visiting Clergyman, Stoke-on-Trent War Hospital, 1915-18.

Recreations-Walking, Reading and Christian Work.
