Nikolaus Pevsner was best known for his 46 volume series "The Buildings of England" - this is an extract of the Stoke-on-Trent section of his volume on Staffordshire augmented by photographs and other details of the buildings.



There are over 190 listed buildings in the City of Stoke-on-Trent - some these are a legacy of the industrial past of the potters who shaped this area of North Staffordshire.
