Ricardo Street

The bridle path runs parallel with Carlise Street and Red Bank - it cuts across the whole estate from Ricardo Street at the top and Belgrave Road at the bottom.

Ricardo Street was named after John Lewis Ricardo - Liberal MP for Stoke-on-Trent in 1841 and Chairman of the North Staffordshire railway from 1846-1862.

Ricardo Street was described as
 “the best street in Dresden”
