China manufacturers at the Grafton Works, Longton, Stoke-on-Trent. 

• In 1971 the business of A. B. Jones & Sons Ltd (which by this time was owned by Crown House Glass Ltd) was sold to the New Zealand based Crown Lynn Potteries Ltd. and renamed Crown Lynn Ceramics (UK) Ltd. 

• The business continued to use the trade name 'Royal Grafton' 

• There was a management buy out in 1985 and the business was renamed Royal Grafton China Ltd.  

 

previously: A. B. Jones & Sons Ltd

subsequently: Royal Grafton China Ltd.
