Manufacturer of earthenware at the Dresden works at an area named Tinkersclough, in Hanley, Stoke-on-Trent.

  • The Lancaster family had been involved in pottery manufacture from 1887 in a company called Lancaster & Barker

  • From 1944 the business was renamed Lancaster & Sandland.

  • The company went into voluntary liquidation in November 1968.
