Incorporated 25th February 1953. The business was formed by Mr. A. J. Tabenor, Mr. E. A. Lockett and Mr. John Walley.

Originally at Adderley Green and then at the Carlton Works, Sutherland Road, Longton.

The entry in the 1960 Pottery Gazette lists the Managing Director as A. J. Tabenor and the Works Manager as H. Walley. 

The company had overseas agents in New Zealand.

By 1991 business was fully run by the Walley family. 

The company got into financial difficulties and Liquidators were appointed in March 2004 and the final meeting to receive the Liquidators report was held in June 2007.
