HEALEY, Charles William (Dr.) (Capt.), M.C., M.D.,M.R.C.S.                
Medical Practitioner. Cliveden House, Longton Stoke-on-Trent.

Born 1887 at Orford, Nr. Warrington. Son of Charles Healey. 
Educated at Boteler Grammar School, Warrington, and The University, Liverpool.

Married 1932.

Lecturer in Pharmacology, University of Liverpool, 1923-4;
Senior Casualty Officer, Liverpool Royal Infirmary, 1924-5;
House Physician, David Lewis Northern Hospital, 1925-6;
House Surgeon, N. Staffs. Royal Infirmary, 1927; 
Public Vaccinator Longton District of Stoke-on-Trent, 1928 to date 1934; 
Clinical Assistant, N. Staffs. Royal Infirmary,1928 to date.

Served Sept. 11th, 1914, in Manchester Regt. and the Lancashire Fusiliers; Transferred to S. Lancaster, 1919; Transferred to R.A.M.C., 1924; Now attached 61st Battn. R.A., Stoke-on-Trent (Military Cross 1918).

Rifle Blue, 1922; Rugby Blue, 1922-3-4 and 5, University of Liverpool; President, Guild of Undergraduates, 1923-4.

Recreations - Golf, Riding and Amateur Dramatics. 

Heir—Daughter, Margaret Mary.
