Educated at Queen's College, Belfast, and R.U.I. Dublin.Married 1916, Mary Florence, daughter of late Wm. H. McAdoo.

Late City Councillor, 1925.
Late Captn. R.A.M.C. in Great War.
Played Rugby for Ulster v. Lenster, Dublin.
