Regent Road, Hanley, Stoke-on-Trent

more on Regent Road

Regent Road runs from Lichfield Street (which is part of the main road from Hanley through Fenton to Longton) down past Hanley Park, to what is now Collage Road where Cauldon Collage stands on the site of the old pottery works of Brown-Westhead and Moore. At the junction of Regent Road and Bethesda Street once stood the old cattle market.

Regent Road used to be Regent Road, Hawksmore Street and Regent Road South - in the early 1950's it was all renamed as Regent Road.
