In the Centenary of Federation of the six towns.....

..... as part of celebrations marking the city's status as the world capital of ceramics. The city council has erected 92 the eye-catching flags along Potteries Way, in Hanley,

The banners along the ring road feature iconic brands from among the 350 ceramic business based in Stoke-on-Trent.

Cabinet member for regeneration, councillor Brian Ward, said: "Potteries Way is an important link road to our city so it is great that the banners will highlight what we have to offer."
