Palfreymans Ltd, 'The Family Furnishers'
The Palfreyman family opened a number of
pawn brokers and jewellers throughtout Stoke-on-Trent - these developed
into a chain of furniture shops.
These were located in Burslem (two shops), Hanley, Stoke, Longton's Bennett Precinct and Stafford. Currently (2011) the only shop still operating is a carpet shop in Kingsway, Stoke. |
