The Crown Works in Stafford Street were near Flint Street and in some directories the works is recorded as 'Flint Street'
The partners were James Bradbury, Robert Anderson and Thomas Bettany and Isaac Lawton.
The partnership was dissolved in October 1844 when Isaac Lawton withdrew and the business was
continued by Bradbury, Anderson & Bettany.Bettany is variously spelt as Bettany, Betteny, Betteney.
