Rate records from May 1810 list "Widow Chetham". This was Ann Chetham.

1822-37 saw a partnership between Chetham and Robinson
1841-62 Jonathan Lowe Chetham
1846-69 J.R. & F. Chethamin 1873 the works were taken by Herbert Aynsley
