Earthenware manufacturer at Hanley, Stoke-on-Trent, England
  • From 1894 to 1907 at the Boston Works and then from 1907 to 1954 at the Pelham Street Works.

  • In 1937 the partners were Walter Stevenson, Eric Cliff and James Brough. The partnership was dissolved and Walter Stevenson continued on his own. 

  • From 1941 to 1945 the business was concentrated with that of W. H. Grindley & Co Ltd at the Woodland Pottery in Stoke (as part of the government Wartime Concentration Scheme

  • In 1944 they re-opened in Pelham Street - by 1951 the works were marked on OS maps as 'disused'

  • On 26th March 1954 receivers were appointed and the business closed.  (London Gazette 2 April 1954)
