China and Earthenware manufacturer at the Daisy Bank Pottery, Longton, Stoke-on-Trent, England.
  • William Alsager Adderley had been a partner in a couple of pottery manufacturing companies from as early as 1853. 

  • The various other partners had died and from 31 December 1874 William A Adderley continued the business on his own account. 

  • From January 1886 the company became W. A. Adderley & Co. 

  • By 1906 the business was renamed to Adderleys Ltd

 

 

Previously: Hulse & Adderley  

Subsequently:  Adderleys Ltd
