Earthenware manufacturer at the Lincoln Pottery, Dalehall, Burslem, Stoke-on-Trent, England.
  • The partners were William Thomas Hulme Smith, Samuel Ford and Frederick Thomas Jones. 

  • Jones left the partnership in May 1894. The business was continued as Smith & Ford.  

NOTE: There was another potworks named 'Lincoln Pottery' in Cobridge - there was no connection between the two works.

the registration number shows that the pattern was registered to Smith, Ford & Jones
of the Lincoln Pottery, Dale Hall, Burslem on the 9th September 1892

 In spite of the use of "Parisian White" there was no connection with France or Paris - the manufacturers thought that the name 'Parisian' sounded more sophisticated.
