Pair of houses. Circa 1840 by Charles Lynam.

Stucco over brick with concrete tiled roofs. Italianate style, 2-storeyed, the main elevation of 3 bays with advanced gable to the left with 3-light mullioned sash windows, and small portico porch projecting from central bay with entablature carried on columns. Canted bay window with mullioned sashes in right hand bay. Additional doorway and sash windows in side elevation.

Tower to rear. Overhanging eaves. Gable and axial stacks.

Built as part of a private development of middle-class housing, originally comprising 24 dwellings.
