House. Circa 1840 by Charles Lynam.

Stucco over brick with slate roof. Italianate style, 2-storeyed, 3 bays, a tower of 3 storeys forming the left hand bay with single round arched window on each floor.

Projecting porch in angle of right hand range, with single round arched window over, and wide sash windows beyond. Overhanging eaves. Gable and axial stacks.

Built as part of a private development of middle-class housing, originally comprising 24 dwellings.
