Pair of houses. Circa 1870, rebuilding an earlier
structure.
Timber framed with herringbone brick panel
infill, and brick extensions, with plain tiled roofs. Timber
framed main range of 2 bays and one-and-a-half storeys, with
doorways, one in a small porch carried on curved struts, each
side of 2 casement windows. Upper windows are partly in the
roof, with gabled dormers.
Brick bay to left hand side, incorporating some
18th Century brickwork, though largely of the 19th Century.
Brick plinth below framing also probably 18th Century, though
the framing itself, and the panel infill, are probably 19th
Century.
Inside: fireplace bressumer and ceiling beam also
probably remaining from earlier building. Tall fluted axial
stacks. Late 20th Century addition to right.
