Pall Mall, running from the Town Hall, across Piccadilly to Marsh Street. From "A descriptive
account of The Potteries (illustrated) 1893 advertising and trade journal.
Page 28" we know that Messrs.
Narramore and Goddard,
On the corner of Pall Mall and Marsh Street, opposite the old Theatre Royal was "Mr. Dan Lewis, Confectioner, Pastry Cook and Restaurateur, Pall Mall, Hanley" his business also appeared in the 1893 trade journal. There was a restaurant and billiard room at the premises in Pall Mall. There were two other similar establishments, run by Dan Lewis, one at 99 Stafford Street and one at 30 Tontine Street.
